Dear Parents and Students,
Now that I am back to the land of the living and somewhat healthy, I want to say thank you to all the students and adults that made the trip last weekend a big success. I wanted to make you aware of a few things about this weekend.
We are still having our drive for Operation Christmas Child we need small toys (no weapons or anything violent in nature), hard candy and crayons or pencils. These items need to be in by next Wednesday 11/20 Please bring your donations to Burt and Chad’s office.
Sunday Morning Pastor Jeff will be honoring the Team Survival Challenge Trip. Students are encouraged to wear their Team Survival Challenge T-shirts to collision. A few students will be asked to speak about their experience. All of this will happen near the beginning of the Collision Service.
We need some help Sunday afternoon at 3pm taking up the carpet in the gym. It should be a pretty quick thing if we have enough help. Please let me know if you can come and help us this Sunday at 3pm in the gym.
Some of you have signed up help out with the celebration event for our stewardship campaign. We still need a couple of more students to help to make the event a success. If your student can help from 11am-1pm please let me know. I still have games that need students to run them.
Here is who I have working so far:
Handing out drinks from the concession stand:
- Cookie Walk: Alex Scarbrough
- Bean Bag Toss: Alyssa Lewis, Mekaela McCarthy
- Fishing Game: Sarah Jackson, Sarah Gilbert, Brooke Davis
- Lollipop Tree: Hannah Wells, Bryce Davis

- Hammer Drop Game: Preston Boyd

- Balloon Station: Lauren Langley
If you have any questions please contact Burt or myself.
Your Servant in Christ,
The Pumpkin Patch Schedule is now online. You can view it here.
If you see open slots you would like to work, please send me an email at email@example.com with your name, the date and time you want and your phone number. I will email you back and let you know whether or not you were assigned the shift.
Thanks for understanding if you don’t get every shift you request, I am receiving emails from lots of other people too and doing my best to accommodate everyone.
Also if you want to be called as an Alternate when we are trying to fill shifts, please make sure you add your name and phone number to the list found online here.
Please note: Only trained Cashiers can work the Cashier shifts. Please don’t sign up as a Cashier if you haven’t been trained this year, things have changed. We still have another training coming up this Sunday.
One other note: If you are a man and see night shifts with women only, please sign up for those shifts so we’ll have a male presence on the lot in the evenings.
